Power Control Inc. is a privately held Canadian Corporation established in 1981.

The company originally began with the manufacture and distribution of electrical power line filters. As markets changed, our emphasis shifted to the distribution and sale of uninterruptible power systems, focusing on complex power protection solutions.

In 1986 we introduced the FERRUPS Uninterruptible Power Supply, manufactured by Best Power Technology, to the Canadian market and we grew into the single largest Canadian distributorship for Best.

In order to address a wider field of power related problems, we have become Business Partners with major manufacturers of power protection products and services. These include Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems, Emergency Power Generation Systems, Voltage Conditioners, Power Distribution Systems, Harmonic Mitigation Transformers, Transient Voltage Surge Suppressors, Electro-Chemical and Electro-Mechanical DC Storage Devices, Rack and Storage Systems, and Environmental and Site Monitoring Systems.
